How Can I Help?
If you're ready to book, have a question, or just want to say hello — this is the place.

BEFORE YOU REACH OUT
These are the questions I hear most often. If yours isn't on this list, please get in touch.
The Ayurvedic Intake Session is specifically designed as a beginning — a two-hour deep dive that starts with who you are, not with terminology. We cover your constitution, your current imbalances, your daily patterns, and what a realistic, personalized path forward looks like. You'll leave with a clear roadmap, not homework. If you want to explore before committing to a session, a free Discovery Call is always a good first step.
Both are available, and both work. I'm based in Tucson, AZ and offer in-person sessions there — if you're local, I'd love to meet you in person. That said, I work with clients across the country online, and the depth of the work is just as real through a screen.
Ayurvedic consultations, herbal formulation sessions, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation Circles all translate beautifully to the online format. Private yoga sessions are available either way. The Soma seasonal sessions and Flow Yoga classes are online group offerings, open to anyone.
If you're local and want to experience a class in person, you can also find me teaching at Tucson Yoga Sol — Wednesday evenings, Saturday mornings, and Sunday mornings. Studio rates apply.
For Ayurvedic consultations and any of the multi-session packages — yes, the Intake comes first. It's the session where I actually learn who you are: your constitution, your history, your patterns, what's in and out of balance right now. Everything that follows is built specifically for you.
The Intake also unlocks Spiral Source Member pricing — 20% off all packages, yoga offerings, and early access to future workshops and retreats. So it pays for itself quickly if you continue working together.
For yoga and meditation offerings, the Intake isn't required — though I do offer a free 30-minute Yoga Intake that serves a similar purpose: understanding your experience, your body, and your goals before we begin. Strongly recommended for private lessons and custom Yoga Nidra sessions.
Most wellness approaches — however well-intentioned — are built around a generic blueprint.
What I offer isn't a program you're handed and sent home with. It's a collaborative process of understanding your specific constitution, your patterns, your history, and your actual life — and building practices that are genuinely sustainable within it. Small, consistent, personalized shifts create lasting change. That's the spiral path: not dramatic overnight transformation, but real, cumulative, compounding progress.
I also know this from the inside. I came to Ayurveda after years of yoga practice, high performance, and still ending up with an autoimmune diagnosis. I wasn't failing at wellness — I was following the wrong map. Finding the right one changed everything. That's the work I now do with others.
In the classical tradition, Ayurveda and yoga are sister sciences — they emerged from the same root and were always meant to be practiced together. Ayurveda understands the body; yoga moves and breathes through it. I teach them as an integrated system, and clients who work across both often notice the deepest shifts.
They can be. entirely independent entry points. Ayurvedic consultations are focused on your constitution, health patterns, digestion, sleep, stress, nutrition, and herbal support — the interior landscape of your wellbeing. Yoga and meditation sessions are movement and practice-based: private lessons, group classes, Yoga Nidra, and meditation circles.
You don't need both to begin, and there's no pressure to take on more than what fits your life right now. If you're unsure where to start, a Discovery Call is the easiest way to figure out the right entry point. We can talk through what you're navigating and what might serve you most.
Some things shift almost immediately. People often notice better sleep, more stable energy, or improved digestion within the first few weeks of applying even small Ayurvedic adjustments. Those early shifts are real and worth celebrating.
This isn't a quick-fix practice, and I won't pretend it is. What Ayurveda offers is something more valuable: a map that becomes more useful over time, not less. The longer you work with it, the more fluent you become in your own body's language. That fluency is what changes everything.
Most clients working in the 3, 6, or 12-month containers notice meaningful, measurable shifts by the end of their second session — and a qualitatively different relationship with their own health by the time they complete the arc.
Ayurveda works beautifully alongside conventional medical care — it's a complementary practice, not a replacement for it. I work with many clients who are managing chronic conditions, navigating autoimmune diagnoses, recovering from illness, or working through hormonal changes, and the Ayurvedic lens often illuminates patterns that conventional medicine doesn't address.
Please note: I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Herbalist, not a licensed medical doctor. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. What I offer is personalized wellness guidance rooted in traditional Ayurvedic principles. If you're under medical care, I encourage you to share any herbal recommendations with your doctor, especially if you are taking medications.
Yes, absolutely! The Ayurvedic Intake is offered as a standalone session, and so are single Ayurvedic consultations, herbal formulation sessions, individual yoga classes, and Meditation Circles. There's no obligation to commit to a package before you're ready — or ever.
If you do complete the Intake and find yourself wanting to continue working together, the packages exist because Ayurveda genuinely deepens over time. A single session can give you a roadmap; a sustained container is where real transformation tends to happen.
Start where you are. The Intake is always the right first step, and everything else can unfold from there at whatever pace fits your life.
Let's chat. I keep a small number of sliding scale spaces available each season for people who are genuinely ready to do this work and facing real financial constraints. These aren't advertised and they aren't guaranteed — if cost is the only thing standing between you and starting, reach out to [email protected] and let's have an honest conversation about it.
A FEW MORE
The how's & why's to booking and contact questions.
A Discovery Call is a free, 30-minute conversation — no pitch, no protocol, no pressure. It's simply a chance for you to share what you're navigating and ask any questions you have, and for me to get a sense of whether Spiral Source Ayurveda is the right fit for what you need right now.
Membership is unlocked automatically when you complete an Ayurvedic Intake Session. From that point forward, you receive 20% off all Ayurvedic packages, yoga offerings, and priority early-bird access to every new workshop, course, retreat, and program. It's my way of honoring the commitment you've made to your own path.
Nothing elaborate. For the Ayurvedic Intake, it helps to arrive with a general sense of what you're hoping to address — sleep, digestion, energy, stress, hormonal changes, or simply a desire to understand your body better. You don't need to have a clear answer; the session itself will help us find it. I'll send an intake form before we meet to give the conversation a useful starting point.
For yoga sessions, wear comfortable clothing and let me know in advance about any injuries, surgeries, or physical limitations. That's it. Come as you are.
Collaborations are some of my favorite work, and I'm genuinely open to them. Over the years I've partnered with studios, retreat centers, and wellness communities to co-create immersive experiences — Ayurvedic and yoga retreats, teacher development intensives, seasonal workshops, and more.
If you have a project in mind — whether it's a weekend retreat, a studio workshop, a teacher training module, or something you're still figuring out — please reach out directly at [email protected] with a brief description of what you're envisioning.
A few things that help: the location and dates if you have them, the size and experience level of the group, and what you're hoping participants will walk away with. I review collaboration inquiries seasonally, so the earlier you reach out, the better.
The best way to keep in touch about new events, courses and offerings is to subscribe to the newsletter. I send out updates and reminders of opportunities to work with me throughout the year!
Mentorship is offered on an individual basis — each path is shaped around where you are in your teaching and where you want to go. The best first step is a Discovery Call so we can talk about your background, your goals, and what kind of support would serve you most. Reach out at [email protected] or book a call directly.
